Dear USLCA Member, 

On behalf of the Board of Directors we are pleased to present the 2010 ballot for election of Directors. There are two offices to be voted upon.  A number of potential applicants were contacted by phone and/or email by the Chair to discuss board openings, board & membership qualifications and responsibilities. Following this process, the USLCA Nominations Committee finalized 2 applicants for the two open positions. These positions are for: 

Director of External Affairs
Works to represent and promote the IBCLC in national venues.
Alisa Sanders

Director of Public Policy 
Is the Board liaison to the Licensure and Reimbursement Committee.
Has responsibility for the presence of USLCA in legislative and policy issues.
Marsha Walker was appointed by the Board to this vacated position and must now run in an open election for this office.
