Any group that subscribes to the purposes and policies of USLCA and has at least 25% members of USLCA among its Board of Directors may apply for affiliation.

USLCA Chapters will receive: 

• An annual list of  USLCA members in the geographic region of the chapter
• Bulk supplies of  USLCA membership flyers, sent to chapters upon request.
• An USLCA Display Kit
• Web site hosting for Chapter Web Sites
• Video Conferencing for chapter development.
• USLCA E-News for your chapter
• Formatting and emailing of chapter newsletters.
• Discounted Liability Insurance for USLCA members
• Licensure and Legislative Tool Kit at a discounted price for your chapter.
• PDF's of USLCA informational materials for your newsletters
• A yearly $50 dollar discount on a ILCA or USLCA Conference registration for one designated member of your Chapter
• Free, enhanced listings on the online Worldwide Education Calendar
• Access to mailing labels, brochures, flyers, etc. for Chapter sponsored conferences
• Meeting time at the USLCA Annual Conference with USLCA Board Members
• Online Discussion Board to network and discuss Chapter issues
• Listing in the Chapter section of the website, including contact information, news/ event listings, and link to your website
• Regular communication from the Director of Chapter & Membership Service, including conference calls, eNews, and Board of Directors meeting highlights

The 2008 annual dues for USLCA Chapters are structured as follows:

Membership Dues: January 1, 2008 – December 31, 2008

Less than 50 members: ……………….US$  80.00

50-99 members: ……………………… US$ 105.00

100 or more members: ………………..US$ 130.00

The application procedure includes proof of being a legally constituted organization, which has a bylaws, and articles of incorporation. Applications will include the following attachments:

• Chapter Name

• Chapter Agreement (signed and dated)

• Officers List

• By-laws and Articles of Incorporation.

• Mission Statement,
• Goals and Strategic Plan

• Other optional information may be added (i.e. policy and procedure manual, newsletters, minutes, etc.)
