I have been working in Association Management for the last 8 years and the Executive Director for the USLCA for the last 4 years. I have been married for 2 years and my wife and i are first time parents to Noah Craig Sherwood. Born June 4 2009. And yes, my wife has been breast feeding. (lol) :)
Throught this experience i have found a new respect for breastfeeding mom and for IBCLC Lactation Consultants, as we have been fortunate to have a great support system for my wife as she started breastfeeding our son.
I enjoy working for the USLCA members as every day i am amazed at how passionate our members are about what they do for mom and baby.
